📋 Description
• Support the area's administrative routines; • Perform data entries, run queries and monitor information in SAP; • Assist with internal controls, spreadsheets and administrative reports; • Serve as a point of contact for operational questions related to SAP use; • Ensure information is organized and system data is kept up to date; • Interact with internal departments to follow up on requests, documents and processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with administrative routines; • Practical experience with SAP as a user or key user; • Comfortable working with systems, controls and organizing information; • Intermediate Excel; • Good communication, attention to detail and a sense of urgency; • Availability to start immediately; • Preference for candidates based in São Paulo, SP.
