🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience with .NET and React. • Ability to write high-quality, well-structured, and testable code, with strong object-oriented programming skills and/or solid design principles. • Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration tests). • Experience using Git for version control and collaborating via pull requests. • Experience with SQL databases and fundamentals of data modeling. • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP. • Use of Generative AI applied to development, employing tools responsibly with critical judgment and human validation. • Spec-Driven Development and organization of context for AI (e.g., /specify, /plan). • Prompt Engineering (writing instructions, contexts, and constraints for LLMs).
