• Manage corporate benefits, ensuring procurement, monthly availability and compliance with deadlines and internal policies. • Monitor benefit enrollments and changes, advising business units on eligibility, rules and applicable procedures. • Process, verify and track invoices, payment slips and related documents, ensuring proper payment flow with Tax and Finance areas. • Provide support to local People & Organization (P&O) and Business Partners, answering queries and supporting adjustments and improvements to processes. • Support the review, updating and standardization of benefits policies, aligned with corporate guidelines. • Perform monthly control and allocation of benefits costs, ensuring correct accounting in payroll. • Administer benefits such as Group Life Insurance, including sending information to the insurer and monitoring claims. • Prepare and monitor area KPIs, tracking costs, enrollments, utilization and movements to support decision-making. • Manage vendor contracts, including negotiations, renewals and migrations, in partnership with Procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness. • Conduct market analyses and benefits benchmarking, identifying trends and opportunities to improve employee experience and cost efficiency. • Propose continuous improvements to benefits processes, focusing on optimization, security and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree required. • Experience in benefits administration. • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation as applied to benefits. • Experience administering corporate benefits. • Experience in market analysis and benefits benchmarking. • Knowledge of benefits metrics and controls. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite at intermediate/advanced level. • Experience with the Protheus/TOTVS system.
