• Support in designing, maintaining and further developing the AdEx Partners website, including content and structural optimizations • Contribute to the implementation of SEO and GEO optimization measures • Plan, create and publish target-group–oriented content for LinkedIn • Analyze and prepare performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement) and derive initial optimization suggestions • Create content, graphics and visual assets • Ensure a consistent brand presence (CI/CD) • Support the marketing team with ongoing projects in communication and digital media
• Enrolled at a German university in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a comparable field • Strong interest in content marketing, social media and digital topics • Excellent command of language and a keen sense for audience-appropriate communication • Structured, independent and proactive working style with the ability to drive topics forward autonomously • Enjoys communication and has a hands-on attitude • Initial practical experience with LinkedIn, website maintenance or content creation is desirable • Basic understanding of SEO and performance metrics (e.g., reach and engagement) • Confident use of content management systems (especially WordPress) and common digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) • Very good written and spoken German and English • Interest in a longer-term collaboration (at least 1 year)
