• Co-develop a mentorship methodology for the adidas Foundation's United by Sport Community of Practice • Design a framework that supports 1:1 and collective mentorship formats • Enable practitioners to learn through experience-based exchange
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in designing mentorship models • Expertise in developing frameworks for peer-based mentorship approaches • Ability to create guidance and tools for effective mentorship • Strong understanding of power dynamics and safeguarding considerations
