📋 Description

• Responsible for sales and service management for wholesale customers in Eastern Canada • Full ownership and accountability for productivity and delivery against sales and margin objectives • Develop and monitor seasonal and annual sales targets by Territory • Ensure order writing deadlines are achieved • Manage all sales and product adherence to trade investment programs • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and consumers • Execute product knowledge training sessions for account base • Provide monthly insights on sales, margin forecasts by channel • Manage business partnership with key buying groups • Lead the sell-in process in collaboration with the Merchandising team • Direct the sell-through process with the Marketing team • Maximize employee engagement through coaching in account planning and selling skills • Accountable for all sales related budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of territory sales experience, preferably within the golf industry • Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience • University or college graduate in related field
