📋 Description

• Implement safety practices and protocol at the site level • Ensure safety procedures are followed, and the work site is safe for all employees, customers, subcontractors and the public • Monitor project schedule, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met • Manage costs that impact the bottom line; implement initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness • Responsible for accurate documentation for billing and providing support for efficient accounts receivable • Inspect work during Pre-Installation to ensure compliance with plans and specifications • Coach, mentor and develop internal and external technicians • Communicate Vestas' vision in ways that gain the support of others

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in wind turbine installation or service • Strong knowledge of Vestas turbine systems (required) • Ability to work at heights • Strong understanding of pre-installation, storage, and preservation processes • Willingness and ability to travel extensively • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport
