📋 Description

• Lead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solution • Management of end-to-end project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution (including risks management, budget, timeline and others) and related reporting • Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicing • Project communication to client and/or partner and internally within Adobe • Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards • Customer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions • Work with other Adobe teams to provide customer with the One Adobe experience • Active participation in PMO practice development

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background) • Demonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions • Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects • Extraordinary problem-solver and skills in risk management, prioritization and outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) up to Executive level within an organization • Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM • A professional project management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, PMI • A business consulting background • Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones • English and German Fluency are required. Any other european language would be a plus.
