📋 Description
• Work under the supervision of the Communications Officer • Develop Adoc Talent Management’s employer brand and visibility • Contribute to the company’s communication strategy • Manage social media channels and build audience engagement • Oversee the editorial calendar and create content • Moderate posts and analyze performance metrics
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in communications (equivalent to Bac +4 to Bac +5) or a relevant field • Strong knowledge of social networks (LinkedIn, YouTube) • Proficiency with Canva • Excellent spelling and a strong interest in writing • Proficiency in written English • Previous work experience and/or familiarity with the research sector (a plus) • Detail-oriented, creative and curious • Ability to synthesize information and adapt • Team player with good interpersonal skills
