📋 Description

• Design and implement automation workflows for clinical operations, including appointment scheduling, referral management, and follow-up communications • Create tools to streamline surgeon and staff workflows, including data collection, reporting, and compliance • Integrate automation platforms such as Claude, Zapier, N8, Make, Airtable, and custom scripts with external and internal systems • Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to identify repetitive pain points and deliver practical automation solutions • Build and manage automation frameworks for social media publishing, analytics tracking, and content pipeline management • Automate content repurposing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters, and clinic websites • Integrate AI tools for semi-automated video editing, captioning, content planning, and campaign management • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams on workflows from ideation to distribution • Develop automation processes for onboarding new clinical partners from contract signing through full activation • Automate customized implementation programs, welcome materials, and clinic-specific training guidelines • Build scalable playbooks for clinic success teams using Notion, HubSpot, and internal dashboards • Enable clinics with self-serve onboarding portals, automated checklists, and training progress tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in automation, systems operations, or process design roles • Direct experience working with healthcare professionals, clinical workflows, or medtech companies • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and training enablement at scale • Technical proficiency with automation platforms • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English (C1) • Ability to create lightweight custom tools using JavaScript, Python, or low-code platforms • Experience working in a startup or early-stage company • Strong systems thinking with the ability to see cross-functional process connections • Self-starter who can work independently with little direction • Current and valid authorization to work in the country where applying; visa sponsorship is not offered
