📋 Description

• Design and adapt creative assets for Adoreal and its partner clinics across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Collaborate closely with the content, video, and social media teams to produce visuals • Adapt trending formats, layouts, and visual storytelling techniques to keep content current and engaging • Use AI tools (such as Leonardo AI, Midjourney, or Runway) to generate and refine imagery • Experiment with AI-driven workflows to enhance design speed and visual innovation • Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and project managers to align on campaign goals and messaging • Design cohesive visual systems for ongoing clinic content calendars and product launches • Create thumbnails, banners, and motion assets for video content in coordination with the Video Content Creator • Maintain consistency with Adoreal’s visual guidelines while adapting designs for multiple brands • Build and maintain Figma and Adobe Suite templates to streamline recurring design workflows • Conceptualize and design static and motion-based graphics for social media platforms • Prepare deliverables optimized for digital publishing and cross-platform performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in graphic design, ideally within a digital-first or agency environment focused on social media content • Technical Skills: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop • CapCut or After Effects experience (a plus for video motion graphics) • Familiarity with AI visual tools (Leonardo AI, Midjourney, etc.) • Understanding of responsive and digital-first design principles • Creative Mindset: Strong understanding of social media aesthetics and storytelling • Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and cultural trends • Ability to design for multiple brands while maintaining visual harmony • Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and short feedback cycles • Language: English proficiency, advanced (C1) (spoken & written)
