📋 Description

• Develop creative solutions for technical and conceptual challenges and coordinate their implementation at management level • Responsible for solution design of complex IT landscapes • Plan and develop enterprise architectures and architectural concepts • Ensure non-functional requirements (state-of-the-art quality and security standards) • Provide cross-cutting architecture coaching and mentoring • Oversee controlling and project management across multiple teams • Collaborate company-wide with various stakeholders • Produce architecture documentation (arc42, C4) • Work with a modern technology stack in Java, JavaScript, cloud and DevOps environments, and other diverse technologies in specific project contexts

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German (C1) in spoken and written form; good English skills • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in solution architecture • Solid knowledge in specifying and designing software architectures (e.g., UML, DDD, OOA, OOD) • Strong and broad technical architecture knowledge across cloud, security, and platform requirements • Preferably ISAQB or similar certifications • Extensive experience in mentoring and coaching teams • Excellent communication and persuasion skills and strategic thinking ability
