• Trend research: You analyze current viral short-video trends and derive content opportunities for our creators. • Personal branding: You develop or refine an authentic, recognizable brand identity for creator profiles. • Content briefings: You create clear, efficient scripts and briefings so creators can produce high-quality, targeted content. • Posting & account management: You publish content and ensure profiles are strategically, visually and editorially well maintained. • Performance analysis: You evaluate content metrics, identify optimization opportunities and implement measures to improve results.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record in online marketing, social media management or influencer marketing • Strong sense for virality, trends and successful content formats • Performance mindset with a focus on measurable results and growth • Bonus (not required): Experience in copywriting, paid ads or performance marketing • Basic knowledge of video editing or short-form video optimization
