• Create and publish property listings on platforms such as: Zillow, Apartments.com, Craigslist, MLS (if applicable) • Write compelling property descriptions and marketing copy • Coordinate property photos, videos, and virtual tours • Update pricing, availability, and unit details regularly • Manage and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective tenants • Track listing performance and lead activity • Collaborate with leasing teams to optimize lead conversion • Maintain brand consistency across all listings
• Experience in property management, real estate marketing, or digital marketing • Strong written communication skills (English required) • Familiarity with listing platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.) • Experience with property management software is a plus: AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and lead generation • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Reliable internet connection and remote workspace
