📋 Description

• Lead activities related to the integration, harmonization, and business transition of the surgical suture portfolio as part of the Janus program • Use analytics to support portfolio decisions, customer migration, SKU rationalization, and the planning of product introductions and discontinuations • Work closely with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and the Janus Portfolio Team • Proactively manage inventory risks, lifecycle decisions, and the transition timeline to minimize inventory write-offs • Safeguard customer supply, revenue, and business performance throughout the portfolio transition • Develop, operate, and execute reporting and analytics processes to support decision-making and address customer inquiries • Lead the data-driven integration and transition of the existing surgical suture business to the future Janus portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent commercial qualification, or relevant professional experience in the industry • Strong knowledge of analytics, project management, portfolio integration, commercial operations, supply chain, and inventory management • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs in a matrix organization • Experience with Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, ERP systems, dashboards, scenario modeling, and performance monitoring • Experience in the medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage • Experience or strong knowledge of surgical sutures, wound closure products, product substitution, and portfolio harmonization is highly desirable • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential • French language skills are a significant advantage • Excellent MS Office skills are essential for managing large data files accurately and efficiently • Highly self-motivated, structured, organized, accountable, and reliable • Positive can-do attitude with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail • Commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial approach and a sound understanding of revenue, margin, profit, costs, and business priorities • Goal-oriented, focused, motivated, optimistic, and professional
