📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale, highly complex projects, from briefing through to completion • Act as the senior-level primary point of contact for key pharmaceutical clients • Build trusted client relationships and provide guidance on project strategy, delivery, and best practices • Coordinate collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with client standards, tools, processes, and healthcare regulatory requirements • Oversee project management, including timelines, budgets, risk management, resource planning, and reporting • Identify challenges early, manage escalations, and respond effectively to last-minute changes • Support and develop team members • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in event project management • Extensive experience working with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients, particularly in HCP events • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements in Germany and internationally • Proven experience managing complex international projects, numerous stakeholders, and substantial event budgets • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior client stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Cvent • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Ability to remain calm under pressure, take ownership, and manage shifting priorities • Bonus: Experience leading project teams or coaching and developing employees • Bonus: Commercial acumen and experience in financial and budget management
