📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships from kickoff through renewal • Understand customers’ goals and KPIs and document feedback in ClickUp • Make changes in customer metrics visible • Hold a strategy and roadmap meeting with each customer every quarter • Proactively address renewals in good time before contracts expire • Develop follow-on projects from the roadmap • Break down and prioritize tasks in ClickUp • Meet deadlines and coordinate developers and freelancers • Provide functional leadership to Power BI developers • Escalate early in cases of dissatisfaction, budget risk, or potential churn

🎯 Requirements

• Independently lead customer meetings • Understand business and financial metrics and communicate confidently with CFOs at eye level • Read and explain Power BI reports • Consistently meet deadlines • Ideally, have a basic understanding of DAX and data modeling or experience in consulting • Willingness to conduct sales conversations • Willingness to focus on customer outcomes rather than dashboards alone
