📋 Description

• Independently prepare, cost, and negotiate tailored proposals for existing and prospective customers • Develop customized concepts and presentations to acquire and win new customers and sponsors • Advise sponsors on designing their sponsorship packages and ensure professional implementation • Prepare, negotiate, and coordinate contracts with speakers, sponsors, cooperation partners, and service providers • Manage external service providers and partners and coordinate the agreed measures • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sponsors, partners, and service providers • Coordinate, prepare, and actively participate in customer meetings and presentation appointments • Work closely with the editorial team on the planning and development of issues and editorial formats • Coordinate collaboration between the Commercial Department and the editorial team • Brief the graphics team and oversee the implementation of print materials, promotional materials, event materials, and branding • Attend relevant customer events and meetings • Prepare meaningful reports for customers and sponsors • Monitor deadlines, budgets, deliverables, and project progress

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in project management, account management, or sales within the media industry or a comparable field • Experience managing customers and independently overseeing projects • Confident preparing and costing proposals • Strong negotiation skills • Good understanding of customer and sponsor requirements • Ability to develop customized concepts and sponsorship packages • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Ability to oversee multiple projects running in parallel • Confident and professional communication with customers, sponsors, partners, and service providers • Enjoy working at the interface between Commercial, Editorial, Graphics, and other internal and external partners • Strong feel for brands and media, as well as for the professional presentation of customer and sponsorship projects • Confident handling of presentations, concepts, proposals, and reports • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong hands-on mentality • Willingness to work independently, take responsibility, and reliably bring projects to completion • Excellent written and spoken German • Good command of English
