📋 Description

• Acquire and develop new real estate and project opportunities • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with municipalities, investors, and funding organizations • Lead and manage sales, pitch, and contract negotiations • Develop project, utilization, and financial feasibility concepts • Manage and support projects during the sales and business development phase • Maintain the Salesforce CRM system • Actively manage stakeholders across internal and external partners • Analyze market potential and identify opportunities and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales, business development, or project development, ideally in the real estate sector • Understanding of business relationships and investment decisions • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience building and maintaining networks and partnerships • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365 • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a high level of responsibility • Knowledge of the real estate market; experience with modular timber construction is an advantage
