📋 Description

• Strategic and operational management of customer accounts • Independently develop a wide range of CRM marketing campaigns • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams • Identify and realize new opportunities to activate, retain, and delight customers across channels • Independently advise customers and strategically and operationally develop CRM and Marketing Automation activities • Plan, implement, and optimize cross-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, and landing pages • Use Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Emarsys • Develop data-driven journeys and automations across the entire customer lifecycle • Analyze campaign performance, conduct tests, and derive specific recommendations for continuous optimization • Use Google Analytics, Tableau, or spreadsheets • Act as the link between Strategy, Creative, and Technology to measurably improve the customer experience • Mentor and provide subject-matter support to junior colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on CRM and Marketing Automation • Strong knowledge of at least one leading CRM or Marketing Automation platform, such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, or HubSpot • Understanding of data, segmentation, trigger logic, and cross-channel customer journeys • Experience independently advising and managing customer accounts, as well as translating strategic requirements into concrete actions • Analytical, data-driven approach, with experience working with performance data, testing, and analysis • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with a range of specialist teams • Passion for data-driven communication, modern technologies, and smart automations • Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1 level) • Good English language skills
