📋 Description

• Independently manage and oversee TMS projects from start to finish • Monitor timelines, quality, resources, and client requirements • Coordinate staffing and support personnel recruitment • Work with teams to ensure the right resources are in place • Act as the liaison between clients, internal departments, and external partners • Ensure clear alignment, fast solutions, and collaborative communication on an equal footing • Coordinate training sessions and briefings together with the project and training teams • Ensure the quality of project assignments and continuously improve processes and tools • Work with budgets, forecasts, and KPIs • Analyze developments and identify the need for action at an early stage • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations in a structured manner • Ensure transparency regarding results and developments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree • Several years of experience independently managing projects • Several years of leadership experience • Clear and appreciative leadership style • Ability to confidently manage complex projects • Experience managing budgets, resources, and results • Hands-on mentality and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach • Ability to organize multiple topics, set priorities, and manage tasks and resources in a structured manner • Analytical and commercial mindset • Ability to interpret KPIs, budgets, and project data and derive concrete measures • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Proficient English, both written and spoken
