📋 Description

• Guide development teams in applying Agile methodologies effectively. • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives. • Remove impediments that block the team’s progress and escalate issues when necessary. • Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices. • Ensure the team follows defined processes, improves velocity, and maintains a predictable delivery cadence. • Protect the team from external disruptions to maintain focus during the sprint. • Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, ensuring stories are well defined and prioritized. • Track and communicate sprint progress using metrics such as burn-down charts, velocity, and team capacity. • Promote collaboration across cross-functional teams and facilitate clear, transparent communication. • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for both team performance and workflow efficiency. • Foster a healthy, positive team environment where trust, accountability, and autonomy are core values.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles. • Experience working with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Ability to serve as a servant leader and promote a culture of continuous improvement. • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred. • Experience working with distributed teams is a plus. • Advanced English Level
