📋 Description

• Professionally answer incoming calls for a variety of businesses • Take accurate messages and relay information clearly • Assist callers with empathy and professionalism • Enter information into company systems while speaking with callers • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors • Help create a positive experience for every caller

🎯 Requirements

• Be fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish • Have strong customer service skills • Communicate clearly and professionally • Have a friendly, polished phone presence • Be dependable and punctual • Demonstrate strong spelling and typing skills • Be comfortable multitasking while handling calls • Enjoy working as part of a team • Meet work-from-home requirements, including: A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions, High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) • Be flexible and able to work the required schedule • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (a requirement of employment) • Previous call center or answering service experience is a plus
