• Lead customer-facing product implementations • Support internal organizational initiatives • Drive successful and timely project completion • Work with customers to understand processes, goals, and priorities • Communicate with project stakeholders • Monitor project work to ensure timely completion • Identify and communicate project-related risks or issues • Facilitate cross-functional discussions • Lead meetings and training events • Drive data migration activities
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience • 5-8 years of experience managing medium to large-scale implementation projects • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements • Ability to present and lead customer-facing group discussions • Ability to negotiate and build consensus • Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred • 2 years of experience in the clinical research industry preferred • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience using MS Project and MS Access
