• Develop, maintain, and govern a centralized IT documentation repository covering infrastructure systems, network topology, server configurations, and asset inventories. • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, technical guides, and architecture diagrams for all IT infrastructure components. • Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and version control practices across the IT team. • Conduct periodic reviews and audits of existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. • Manage document lifecycle processes including creation, approval, revision, and archival. • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and related infrastructure. • Document change management activities, including system upgrades, patching schedules, and infrastructure modifications. • Support incident management processes by maintaining accurate records of incidents, root cause analyses (RCA), and resolution steps. • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to capture and translate technical knowledge into clear, structured documentation. • Ensure IT documentation aligns with ITIL frameworks, ISO 27001, or other relevant standards adopted by the organization. • Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting accurate, up-to-date documentation packages. • Identify documentation gaps and proactively develop materials to address operational and compliance risks. • Liaise with system administrators, network engineers, security teams, and business units to gather technical information for documentation purposes. • Provide guidance and training to IT staff on documentation tools, standards, and best practices. • Prepare reports and dashboards on documentation coverage and status for IT management review.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. • Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent are advantageous. • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a related role. • Demonstrated experience in producing technical documentation, SOPs, or knowledge base articles in a corporate IT environment. • Exposure to ITIL-based service management practices is preferred. • Strong proficiency in English language, both written and spoken. • Proficiency with documentation and knowledge management tools. • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud services. • Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio, draw.io, or Lucidchart. • Working knowledge of ITSM processes including change management, incident management, and asset management. • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automating documentation tasks is a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content. • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to organizing and maintaining information. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously. • Collaborative team player who works effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
