🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably in a System Integrator / IT services environment. • Proven experience in: • Windows Server administration (2012 to 2025) • Virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-V • Microsoft Azure / AWS services • Network and firewall configuration • Storage and backup solution management • Strong understanding of server and network fundamentals • Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize independently. • Strong communication and project coordination skills, both verbal and written. • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and follow-through. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
