📋 Description
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with international affiliate partners • Combine sales with data, analysing ROI, conversion rates, and margins to guide performance decisions • Identify trends, test new campaigns, and use performance data to maximise profitability • Collaborate with internal teams such as Pricing, Commercial Control, and Tech to optimise results • Take ownership of your portfolio by monitoring numbers, identifying opportunities, and scaling what works • Stay ahead of market trends, tools, and data technologies shaping performance marketing • Represent Advidi at international industry events and conferences
🎯 Requirements
• A strong communicator who can build trust, negotiate, and create win-win partnerships • Analytical by nature and comfortable interpreting numbers, patterns, and performance metrics • Curious and proactive, always eager to understand the “why” behind results and improve them • Commercially minded with an eye for both detail and opportunity • Results-driven and motivated by performance goals • Comfortable using Excel or dashboards to analyse and present data • A team player who values collaboration but can also work independently • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and currently residing in the Netherlands
