📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D • two years of telephone customer service or previous call center experience • excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills including active listening • must pass a background check and typing test with a minimum typing speed of 35WPM • service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances • proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software • bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus
