• Lead our marketing communications, brand management, and creative strategy • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across multiple channels • Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement • Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-impact marketing materials • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and community leaders • Lead the creation and ongoing refinement of A4TE’s brand strategy • Oversee the planning, promotion, and execution of organizational events • Collaborate with Management Team to develop strategic responses • Hire, train, and supervise department employees and interns • Serve as a key spokesperson for A4TE and manage media relations
• A minimum of 7 years of proven success developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and brand strategies • Strong understanding of nonprofit branding, messaging, and audience engagement principles • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and analytics • Previous leadership experience — at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, ideally within the nonprofit or advocacy sector • A minimum of 3 years of supervision, successfully managing, inspiring, and developing a strong team • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter with strong project management skills • A deep and nuanced understanding of issues affecting transgender people • Ability to utilize a dynamic understanding of racial and economic justice in organizational decision-making • Proficiency with digital marketing and creative tools, like Canva and Adobe • Technical experience with Every Action or other CRMs desired • Experience in all areas of MS Office 365 and collaborative tools, such as Slack, Asana, and Zoom
