📋 Description

• Lead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers using Advyzon's implementation methodology • Serve as the primary consulting contact throughout the onboarding process • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes • Configure platform settings and assist clients with system setup • Deliver virtual product demonstrations and training sessions • Monitor onboarding progress and proactively identify risks • Document client requirements and implementation milestones • Advise clients on Advyzon best practices • Troubleshoot onboarding questions and coordinate with internal teams • Collaborate with Sales and other teams to facilitate smooth transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 2-5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation consulting, technical consulting, customer success, or a related client-facing role • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable learning new technology platforms and business processes • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
