📋 Description

• Lead data programs for major clients in the Luxury and Retail sectors • Structure and facilitate data program governance and steering committees • Track the progress, prioritization, and value of the data use-case portfolio • Serve as the interface between business, data, and IT teams • Produce program dashboards and monitoring KPIs for sponsors • Contribute to data quality monitoring and data governance initiatives • Share expertise and contribute to the creation of thought leadership content, including podcasts, insights, articles, interviews, and roundtables • Collaborate with consultants at all levels of experience • Develop tailored commercial proposals and expand your professional network • Participate in R&D program initiatives with researchers • Follow a four-step recruitment process: interview with a Talent Recruiter, a Manager, and an experienced Consultant, followed by a discussion with a Partner and a job offer

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in data or project management • 4 to 8 years of successful experience in a consulting firm or in-house, ideally in a PMO role on data programs within the Luxury or Retail sector • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Power BI • Familiarity with the Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP data platforms • SQL experience is a plus • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification is a plus • DAMA CDMP certification is an advantage • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment • Enjoy working as part of a team • Ability to work independently and agilely in demanding environments • Fluent English
