📋 Description

• Support the founders with strategic and operational topics • Independently take on and execute a variety of projects • Research and prepare information to support entrepreneurial decision-making • Prepare analyses, presentations, reports, and decision papers • Analyze company KPIs and derive specific recommendations for action • Support projects in sales, operations, marketing, and business development • Analyze and further develop existing internal processes • Coordinate and follow up on key projects and tasks • Research new business opportunities, markets, tools, and technologies • Support the team with short-notice operational challenges • Use AI and automation tools where they can make processes or tasks meaningfully more efficient • Independently familiarize yourself with new topics, solve problems in a structured manner, and develop your own proposed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a college or university • You are interested in entrepreneurship, building businesses, and broader business and economic relationships • You grasp new concepts quickly and can independently familiarize yourself with new topics • You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner • You have high personal standards for quality and take responsibility for your tasks • You have strong analytical skills and can quickly process and present information clearly • You are digitally savvy and quickly get up to speed with new tools and systems • Ideally, you already have experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications • You view AI as a tool and can assess when tasks can be completed more efficiently through AI or automation • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage • You have excellent written and spoken German skills • Prior experience with automation tools such as Make or n8n is a plus, but not required
