📋 Description

• Oversee semiconductor manufacturing or other advanced manufacturing projects including master planning, detailed design, and construction administration • Lead semiconductor manufacturing facility design team • Manage project resources • Host and attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders • Identify problems early and develop creative solutions • Manage AECOM’s semiconductor manufacturing facility design team • Oversee, and perform peer reviews and quality checks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering • 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • 2 years of leadership experience • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License preferred • 10 years of relevant experience in design and/or project management preferred • 5 years of experience in semiconductor design preferred • Emotional intelligence and situational awareness • Strong interpersonal judgment • Situational adaptability • Excellent communication (written/oral) • Ability to work in dynamic, time-sensitive situations and with minimal oversight • Team leadership skills • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
