📋 Description
• Plan, participate, and lead various styles of audit programs • Conduct/lead EHS compliance audits • Conduct/lead process safety management and risk management program audits • Conduct/lead supply chain due diligence/risk audits • Conduct/lead waste receiving facility audits • Lead development of permitting and EHS compliance strategies • Coordinate for management of client EHS compliance programs • Develop and deliver EHS training • Provide regulatory interpretation of EHS laws and develop compliance strategies • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging USEPA, OSHA, and state EHS regulatory requirements • Develop effective business presentations and proposals
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS + 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • 6 years of experience conducting EHS regulatory compliance audit fieldwork • Valid Driver’s License • US Citizenship required • Excellent working knowledge of Federal, State, County/Regional, and Local EHS regulations and consensus standards • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in engineering, physical sciences, safety, or related field (preferred) • 8 years of EHS experience in a professional services consulting firm (preferred) • Experience managing EHS programs • Experience developing/managing EHS compliance programs • Professional certification - CPEA, PE, CSP, CIH, or other equivalent certification (preferred)
