📋 Description
• Supporting clients to develop and understand their sustainability & decarbonisation requirements • Developing, delivering, and reviewing whole life carbon reduction strategies for a variety of scoping mechanisms • Liaising directly with clients and designers to develop sustainability & decarbonisation strategies at the outset, implementing these from early design through to construction • Delivery of assessment certification schemes such as BREEAM and DREAM • Supporting project management and programming • Mentoring of junior staff where suitable to help upskilling
🎯 Requirements
• Good knowledge of the building design and construction process • Experience of undertaking WLCAs using OneClick LCA, assessment certification schemes especially BREEAM and DREAM, and sustainability appraisals • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply it to practical sustainability solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving
