• Assist the Technology Manager in monitoring daily workflows and making real-time adjustments. • Communicate regularly with the operations team to maintain high productivity and resolve daily queries. • Track daily processing metrics and compile comprehensive weekly reports detailing production volume. • Provide timely, constructive feedback to team members for course corrections. • Identify skills gaps and training needs within the team and execute strategies for staff development. • Maintain full transparency of workflow queues, productivity metrics, and performance risks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in operations processing, with demonstrated skills in managing workflow and process improvement (Required). • Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets are preferred. • Experience in benefits administration is a plus.
