📋 Description

• Oversee management of multiple Partner client implementations. • Provide operational guidance overseeing every deliverable of assigned implementation projects. • Assist partners with project implementation plans and strategies including setup, resource allocation, and timeline management. • Direct partners and their project operations to ensure successful project implementations. • Act as a liaison between Partners and WorkforceGo stakeholders to communicate project statuses and ensure alignment. • Identify, analyze, report on, and assist Partners with resolving project issues. • Ensure all project and implementation documents are maintained and accessible in WFG’s systems. • Complete non-core module implementations on behalf of the Partner and assist the Product Experience Team as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead and direct multiple projects effectively from start to finish. • Strong understanding of business operations, project strategy, and budget planning aligned with organizational objectives. • Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking to assess project needs, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of building relationships and managing client interactions. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with flexibility to adapt to changes in project requirements, timelines, or resources. • Familiarity with enterprise applications, web technologies, SaaS solutions, and proficiency in report-writing and presentation tools. • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment. • Experience in managing and directing cross-functional teams, focusing on achieving results through collaboration and leadership. • Ability to travel, ideally once per year. • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required. • 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management and consulting role, ideally within HCM, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
