📋 Description
• Participate in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of communication towers • Install and maintain lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and related equipment • Travel primarily within assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel • Work hands-on in a physically demanding environment at heights
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 21+ years old • Must pass a drug test • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Basic computer skills and strong organizational habits • Excellent communication skills • Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions • Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather • Physically and mentally able to climb and work at heights over 150' • Supply own basic hand tools and appropriate outdoor gear • OSHA safety compliance is required
