📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within a product area—from discovery through delivery and iteration—driving meaningful customer and business outcomes. • Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and design direction. • Partner closely with product, engineering, and data to make informed trade-offs and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences. • Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while contributing to a cohesive product experience. • Use research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes. • Contribute to design systems and patterns, strengthening consistency and scalability across your area. • Facilitate alignment and decision-making, ensuring teams move forward with clarity. • Support and mentor other designers, helping raise the quality of work across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience • Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, G Suite, Notion, etc.)
