📋 Description

• Build scalable systems and data pipelines to power consumer credit reporting • Partner with Product, Compliance, Servicing, and Credit teams to design robust reporting systems • Drive definition and delivery of quarterly and long-term goals • Influence design of large-scale data and backend systems across multiple teams • Ensure high availability and reliability of data pipelines and services with monitoring, alerting, and recovery practices • Mentor and grow engineers through code/design reviews and technical leadership • Author technical proposals and share best practices via documentation and tech talks

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and building large-scale data pipelines and distributed backend systems • Strong proficiency in languages like Python, Kotlin, or similar • Proven track record with technologies like AWS, MySQL, Airflow, Spark, and Kubernetes • Experience defining technical strategies for complex, cross-team initiatives • Skilled at building resilient systems with monitoring, alerting, and safe deployment practices • History of mentoring engineers and shaping best practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
