📋 Description

• Build scalable foundational systems and data pipelines to power financial platforms • Partner with Product and Accounting teams to design reporting and reconciliation systems • Deliver accurate and timely data for Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Finance teams • Break down larger projects into tasks, deliver in phases, and collaborate for timely delivery • Support product development lifecycle by participating in ideation and articulating technical constraints • Create and monitor metrics, escalate when needed, and support operations and on-call efforts • Engage in hiring and growth activities such as participating in the interview process • Build and integrate data pipelines from a wide variety of products and systems • Build a foundational platform for reconciling transactions across systems, partners, and cash movements

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems • Proficient in Python • Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes • Ability to take business scenarios into solutions interacting with multiple software components • Experience writing clear, well tested and extensible code • Comfortable navigating a large code base, debugging others' code, and providing feedback through code reviews • Strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration • Ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking
