📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers and risk teams to manage loans • Break down larger projects into tasks for timely delivery • Support product development lifecycle by collaborating with management and analytics • Monitor metrics and support on-call efforts • Engage in growth and development activities on your team

🎯 Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Proficiency in one of Python or Kotlin • Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes • Mastered writing clear, well tested and extensible code • Comfortable navigating a large codebase and providing feedback through code reviews • Strong verbal and written communication skills
