📋 Description

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases • Collaborate with product management, design & analytics in the product development lifecycle • Monitor metrics and support on-call efforts • Contribute to team community and participate in the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems • Proficient in one of Python or Kotlin • Familiar with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes • Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin • Strong coding skills in clear, well-tested code • Comfortable navigating a large code base and providing feedback through code reviews • Proactive in seeking feedback from your team and manager • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
