📋 Description
• Design and develop creative assets for branded content, fan engagement graphics, and digital touchpoints • Professionally edit, retouch, colour-correct, and crop images to maintain high visual standards across all deliverables • Deliver assets on time and to specification, maintaining consistency and meticulous attention to detail • Collaborate closely with internal teams to contribute ideas, interpret briefs and translate strategic objectives into visually compelling designs • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, platform updates, and visual best practices • Adapt and localise assets for regional markets as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in brand design • Strong focus on executing and maintaining consistent visual identities using established brand guidelines • Experience in designing social media graphics and template development • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite e.g Photoshop and Illustrator) • Motion graphics skills are a plus • Solid understanding of content performance and major digital platform behaviours • Ability to handle a high volume of assets in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • A genuine passion for or knowledge of sports, particularly football, is a plus • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, editing, or ideation platforms) to support creative development is an advantage
