• Lead a team working on telecom Mobile Radio Base Station related development with increasing cloud integration • Interact with customers and end users to gather needs and requirement • Drive proactive proposals to improve the products and the program • Guide team members in development practices and ensure delivery of high-quality code and products • Collaborate with cross-functional teams sharing code base and CI team to meet project goals and timelines • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in modern C++ • Strong background in Telecom radio base station development and 3GPP/Multi Standard Radio Architecture • Strong grasp of embedded systems and real-time constraints • Familiarity with Linux platforms such as yocto • Experience in agile way of working and development environments incl Git and Jenkins • Excellent communication skills in English
