• Responsible for implementing AFSP-approved programs within the assigned market in Arkansas. • Grow chapter network to expand engagement and program delivery • Manage, plan, coordinate, and implement AFSP’s prevention, education, loss and healing, and research connection programs as well as other programmatic activities in person and virtually • Organize, distribute, and deliver materials to volunteers for programmatic activities and events • Develop websites, e-blasts, social media content, and other promotional materials for programmatic activities and events • Responsible for recruiting, onboarding , managing, and stewarding volunteers to deliver programs throughout the chapter territory • Develop and implement budgets for all programmatic activities • Work with event-related vendors, municipalities, and venues • Provide programmatic content for sponsorship and grant applications • Ensure program information is available at all chapter activities • Under supervision of Area Director, staff chapter program committees • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Education Bachelors Degree preferred • Experience and/or Training 2-3 years’ experience in non profit program delivery • Technology/Equipment Strong technology skills to include Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Social Media • OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Highly organized and detail oriented • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • Strong leadership skills and initiative • Strong public speaking skills • Uphold and exhibit the agency’s Core Values. Attend all mandatory meetings and trainings. • Ability to work a full-time schedule and have regular attendance at the workplace. • Ability to travel as needed to attend work meetings or events • Must be willing and able to work outside typical office hours (e.g. nights/weekends) as needed
