📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end retouching feature lifecycle - from discovery to deployment • Partner with Product Managers during discovery - join user research calls, validate findings, and review PRDs • Translate professional photographer jargon and retouching workflows into precise, actionable requirements • Work closely with the engineering team during solution design and development • Act as the taste and quality bar for all retouching features
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years as a professional portrait retoucher or high-end photo retouching specialist • Strong portfolio demonstrating skin retouching, hair cleanup, and complex portrait work • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (frequency separation, dodge & burn, masking) • Hands-on experience with AI-powered retouching tools (Luminar Neo, PortraitPro, Capture One, or similar) • Comfortable working alongside PMs and engineers • High attention to detail with the confidence to critique work
