📋 Description

• Define and lead product strategy across multiple domains, connecting Afya's different digital solutions into an integrated vision. • Orchestrate high-ROI bets, directing resources and effort toward the highest-impact problems in the healthcare ecosystem. • Build and evolve the product operating system, ensuring cadence, quality, and predictability at scale. • Recruit and develop Product Managers, raising the product bar across Afya Digital. • Explore applied Artificial Intelligence in healthcare, in partnership with the Afya AI Brain, creating transformative solutions for clinicians and patients. • Define vision, north-star metrics and a multi-quarter roadmap for your product domains. • Manage a portfolio of bets, making go/hold/kill decisions based on evidence. • Establish and scale the product operating system: reviews, discovery/delivery cadence, and quality criteria. • Lead, hire and develop Product Managers, accelerating their growth and impact. • Communicate clearly and frequently with leadership and partner areas, aligning expectations and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Group PM / Product Lead / Head of Product in large-scale digital environments. • Proven track record in product strategy, defining multi-quarter roadmaps and managing portfolios. • Ability to structure discovery and delivery systems (OKRs, impact metrics, ritual cadence, reviews). • Experience leading and developing Product Managers, creating high-performance teams. • Fluency in product metrics (North Star, health metrics, cohort analysis, A/B experiments). • Knowledge of designing digital experiences and close collaboration with engineering and design teams. • Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially applied AI and data-driven products. • Experience in ecosystem or interdependent platform contexts (e.g., marketplace, superapp, B2B2C).
