📋 Description

• Support and manage the Salesforce CRM, handling fixes, enhancements, access management, and integrations with other systems • Gather, analyze, and document requirements with business teams, translating functional needs into technical solutions • Lead solution implementation projects from planning through technical delivery, working with internal development teams or partner vendors • Develop and implement solutions focused on process automation and the continuous evolution of the platform • Design business solutions and architectures integrated with the Salesforce ecosystem • Act as the liaison between user departments, technical teams, and external partners • Map and monitor metrics and KPIs • Conduct alignment, refinement, and solution demonstration meetings with stakeholders • Ensure CRM best practices, scalability, governance, and strategic alignment • Track projects and requests from briefing through post-go-live support • Contribute to system integrations and the evolution of processes supported by Salesforce • Stay up to date with Salesforce features, trends, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in a technology-related field • Proven experience with Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud • Experience gathering and analyzing requirements with business teams • Experience working at the intersection of business and technology • Proficiency in Flow Builder, Validation Rules (VRs), and process automation in Salesforce • Experience integrating systems and business processes related to CRM • Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and request prioritization • Skilled in creating and maintaining Salesforce objects, layouts, native reports, and configurations
