📋 Description

• Create Key Visuals (KVs) for campaigns and develop the visual language for campaign assets • Adapt KVs into different formats, channels, and campaign requirements • Create CRM assets, including email marketing, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app banners • Develop email layouts in Figma and support the adaptation and development of the respective HTML files • Create and adapt animated assets and motion content • Use generative AI tools to create, manipulate, and adapt images and videos • Retouch and manipulate images, compose layouts, and finalize materials • Adapt assets to different formats while maintaining visual consistency and execution quality • Organize creative files, versions, and campaign adaptations • Collaborate with Copywriting, Account Management, and other teams involved in projects • Contribute to the evolution of creative processes by exploring new tools and AI-powered production possibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience as an Art Director or in a similar role • Advanced proficiency in Figma, especially for creating emails and digital assets • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator • Knowledge of After Effects for creating and adapting motion assets • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools applied to creative work, especially for generating, manipulating, and editing images and videos • Ability to integrate AI into the creative workflow, using it as a production tool rather than merely as a reference • Experience creating and adapting Key Visuals • Experience with CRM and email marketing • Knowledge of email HTML, including the use of AI tools for development and adjustments • Strong command of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, grids, and image retouching • Ability to manage a high volume of assets and different formats while maintaining quality and consistency • Ability to interpret briefs and transform concepts into visual solutions • Organized, agile, hands-on, and self-directed profile • Preferred: experience in an advertising agency, marketing, or retail • Preferred: experience with brand communications, promotional campaigns, or CRM • Preferred: knowledge of other AI tools applied to visual creation and content production • Preferred: experience automating or optimizing creative processes using AI • Preferred: portfolio featuring campaign, CRM, digital, and motion work
